Orders

All products are made to order. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


Shipping

Most orders enter production within 2–7 business days.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Revolver Kye's Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Personal preference

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
